Replacement and Return Policy

For we aspire to a distinguished service level, Oud Rose perfumes provides you two different services: replacing the product service and the service of returning the product and restoring its price. Your satisfaction is an essential target, we are getting bigger with your existence.

 

Replacement policy

* You can replace the product if you do not like its smell, if you are not fully satisfied, if you find a manufacturing problem, or for any other reason.

* To be able to replace the product with comfort, it must not have been damaged, flooded, tampered with or used other than for its trial.

* You can request to replace the product within a maximum period of 2 days after receiving it within the UAE, and 3 days after receiving it outside the UAE.

* The product will be replaced after ensuring that it fulfills the previous conditions in the “Replacement Policy”.

* Replacing the product does not entail any additional fees, and the company will pay the delivery fees inside the Emirates, and you will have to pay them outside the Emirates.

The product can only be replaced once. *

 

Returning policy

* You can return the product and take back its price if you do not like its smell, if you are not fully satisfied, if you find a manufacturing problem, or for any other reason.

* To be able to return the product back with comfort, it must not have been damaged, flooded, tampered with or used other than for its trial.

* You can request to return the product back within a maximum period of 2 days after receiving it within the UAE, and 3 days after receiving it outside the UAE.

* Returning back the product does not entail any additional fees, and the company will pay the delivery fees inside the Emirates, and you will have to pay them outside the Emirates.

* You will be able to return the price of the product to the payment method that you used after making sure that the product conforms the previous conditions in the "return policy", within a maximum period of 2 days after receiving it within the UAE, and 3 Days after receiving it outside the UAE
